WHERE IS OUR SERVANT LEADER?
I’m even tired of this whole yaradua thing! Like Tiger Woods, he is ‘missing’ the only difference is that he is the president of the Federal republic of Nigeria AKA Giant of Africa. Turai yaradua The government should know that misinformation or the complete lack of information can only end in chaos. So the people of Nigeria have only one question on their minds, “WHERE IS OUR SERVANT LEADER?” There was a report in the news dailies that the servant suffered brain damage, and some enthusiast journalists have said he died last year while the hospital where the servant is supposed to be says he left since the 23rd of December 2010. So today, the senate is debating a motion today that looks into the 51 day absence of the president. also happening today is the city of Abuja, is a march by many important Nigerians(ojukwu,Soyinka,bakare and more) demanding from the government, information on the state of health(or the absence off) of our president .
I would like to know your thoughts on this situation please share a comment with us ....am out

OBJ please forgive us....
Obj(obasanjo) is Many things....stubborn, determined, even myopic (but I never thought Nigeria would miss him). Obj came up with the idea of prolonging his stay in office(third term)and it got shot down.
So he said to himself I would punish this people(we Nigerians). I will give them yara'dua!!
Running a country of about 150million very stubborn people is no mean task even for the virile and determined not to talk of someone at the age of 58 with Churg Strauss Syndrome + Asthma + pericarditis = Wahalla
For the past 21 days ,Oga yaradua has not been able to honour 'us' with his presence in the country due to his extended hiatus in Saudi Arabia.
formerly , the average Nigeria's complain was that the country was moving too slowly but now, we are at a complete stand still -Choking in the stench of 'our' fumes.
Oga Yara’dua (or rather President Turai) please beg OBJ to forgive 'us' of our sins and allow Nigeria to have another chance at greatness . . . don’t run for office in 2010(better still quit now).
Hmm I’m not gonna say even one word about this whole tiger woods saga...ok just one word.
Ghrrr ..........
Ghrrr ..........
Changed my mind .....ok just one sentence .
Like golf, Tiger has taking the concept of cheating to a whole new level,this were my reactions
1.when I heard he cheated I was like # OK? #
2.then the first four Women came forward #wot da H?!@ #
3.then three more women # omo this guy Na real tiger oh ! #

FIRST POST
My name is Tai-Osagbemi Boma ,
welcome to the maiden post of my blog
WAR AGAINST NEPA/PHCN (wotever!)
Nija will always be home....
Home is where the heart is they say, but i ask , na heart we go chop ?
The conditions in country are way beyond unbearable, stifling the creativity and innovativeness of the average individual , those who dare climb against this trend find it an arduous up ‘mountain’ struggle. But there is hope.
Somewhere at the top of ‘our’ seven point agenda is the issue of power generation -and 6000MW) but that's a story for another day .
You see, i live in one of the GRA-ish areas of the Kaduna metropolis and as at now (the time of typing this) there is no PHCN/NEPA and yes, i’m going to tell you why .
You see, somehow towards the end of the year(every year), PHCN shows up saying the community has to contribute the sum of N150,000 with the clam that the “oil” in the transformer has been stolen.
So this year the same sharp guys came in their blue overalls and whiteish-brownish pickup truck.
well this everyone decided to use the money to fuel their generators .

MOVIES
IRON MAN 2 is due for release on the 7th may of 2010...omo i saw the trailer and a couple of scenes on youtube. With the impressive star studded cast (Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, Mickey Rourke as Whiplash, Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer, and Don Cheadle as Rhodey) . i can’t wait for May
So.... i was watching the , third season of Tim Kring’s HEROES out of sheer boredom(addicts please do not send me death threats or hate mail ). Then the Indian dude in an ‘outro’ to one of the episodes said something that made me smile. It was a quote made popular by the
Nigerian born literary king,
Chinua Achebe’s first book,
Things Fall Apart’
'Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world'

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world'
Conversely , i saw the pilot episode of BURN NOTICE which is sort of a cross between ‘dumb and dumber’ and James bond . As the lead character said ‘Nigeria is the gun running capital of Africa’ with all the muscles in my face contracting , i ask myself, does this dude even know what a Somalia is ? ’SPORTS
Oga messi going to be player of the year , FC Barcelona is toping the league again.... the world is in order again !
And the now to the most watched single sports event on the soccer calender ...
